Itโs very hard to get lean when youโre already lean. But Lindsey dropped 10% of her overall weight and she achieved this in just 8 weeks! Dropping body fat and gaining muscle in the process. ๐ต๐๐ผ
This was no easy goal, in order to achieve these impressive results you need to be very disciplined. She trained incredibly hard, followed her nutrition to a tee, listened to the advise on choice meals, sleep, stress to maximise her results. ๐
Lindsey keenness to educate herself by attending my client education calls and utilising the resources in my client portal showed that she left no stone unturned transforming her mind and physique. ๐ช๐ผ

Questions about The Challenge
Can I do the challenge at home or is it just in the gym?
I will be catering for all people, those that train with equipment in the gym and those that prefer to train at home with no equipment.
Will there be different workouts for different abilities and ages?
Will the nutrition plan be tailored specifically to me?
Unfortunately, no it is not. The nutrition plan that I have made will get you results within the challenge timeframe whilst having a lot of variety and options. If you wish to have a personalised nutrition plan, that comes with my Online Coaching.
How many workouts a week will there be?
Everyone has different lifestyles and commitments so I completely understand that not everyone can train the same amount. I will provide workouts covering everyone who trains from 1 to 6 sessions a week.
Iโm Vegan / Vegetarian, can I still sign up?
Am I too old to take on the challenge?
Any age is welcome! On the previous challenges, there were a vast array of ages and abilities. One of the oldest members to sign up was in their late 60โs and managed to achieve nearly a stone in weight loss!
What happens if I canโt start on the first week?
